Exes Bar was an answer to Lovers Bar relocated to a garage and backyard in Detroit, MI. It was a queer community space that served natural wine and a house cocktail on tap (made by Forrest Hudes) as well as food (made by Jesse Hauser) and hosted a number of activities ranging from a small business market to DJ sets to a fundraiser and pop-up food vendors. Unlike Lovers, the space operated infrequently over the course of two years, from 2021 to 2022.
