The Pickup Cafe was a cafe outfitted into the back of a 2011 Ford Ranger, replete with seating, cork flooring, shelving, a standing bar, a propane stove, tables, glassware and hidden portable speakers. When it operated, the cafe served hot tea and mulled wine. Everything needed to outfit the cafe could diassemble and fit neatly within the trucked cavity for transit.
